We use special delivery as it allows us to arrange to pick up from your home/business or you can print out the label and take your packaged drive to any post office, special delivery give quick 1-day delivery with fully insured and tracking as standard.
On arrival, your drive will have a full QC check-in, After the examination we will let you know what we find and how much of your data is retrievable, even emailing you a folder structure.
We will discuss with you if you need your data returned physically using quick special delivery for a tracked & insured delivery service or even return your data online, if you don’t want to proceed or we can only get less than 20% usable data we will return the old drive and refund you.

This is the standard service that will encompass most issues.
Using specialist tools and knowledge, we can get your data back without having to replace any components.
Advance Faults- Some Cases

Only after discussing with you if this is needed as it can be more expensive, we would need to look at going further.
Using a clean room to be able to recondition or replace minor electrical components to enable data restoration.
Exceptional Faults- Few Cases

This is for a few cases, which needs discussion as we need to explore the hardest and most expensive technics with you.
Core components unique to the drive have failed and need to be sourced and replaced in a clean room environment to bring the drive back to life to enable recovery.
